The documents
Terms of service
What SetWright offers and on what conditions: who may use it, what your ensemble owns, what happens when somebody leaves or a group is deleted, and the law it is governed by.
Privacy policy
What is recorded about a person, who decides it, which companies receive it, how long it is kept, and how to get a copy or have it removed. It also carries the sections for readers in the EEA, the UK and California.
Cookie policy
Every cookie SetWright sets, what each is for, and how to be rid of the one you can live without.
The short answers
Most reviews want the same handful of facts before deciding whether to read further, so they are here rather than buried:
- No artificial intelligence. SetWright uses no model of any kind, so nothing you enter trains one. Its set lists are arithmetic over your own data.
- No advertising and no tracking. Nothing about anyone is sold or shared, no ad network receives anything, and there is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.
- No payments. SetWright takes no card details and holds none. It is offered by invitation and there is no charge for it.
- Your data comes back out. A director can export everything their ensemble holds, as a structured file, at any time.
- Hosted in the United States. The privacy policy says which companies are involved and what covers a transfer from outside.
Where one of these summaries and the document it summarises ever disagree, the document is the one that binds.
